Agency: Take initiative and own outcomes. Don't wait for permission—identify problems, propose solutions, and drive things forward.
Feedback is a Gift: Preferably early and directly.
Meetings Prefer: Short, with an agenda and goals, ad-hoc over scheduled.
Move fast and make decisions quickly
Deliverables > Ideas: Deliverables mainly influence my trust battery. Talking, just a little.
Simplicity: The best solutions are often the simplest ones.
Efficiency: A small but efficient team is 10x better than a large inefficient.
Growth: Always be learning.
Mistakes: Mistakes are part of learning: Learn from them, adapt, move on.
